2. General Refund Principles
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Our services are educational and informational in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from consulting sessions or programs. Refund eligibility is based on the terms outlined below, not on personal satisfaction with educational content or perceived results.
3. Individual Consulting Sessions
3.1 Cancellation by Client
- More than 24 hours before scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling to a new date and time
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled session: No refund; the session fee is forfeited. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion
- No-show without notice: No refund; the full session fee is charged
3.2 Cancellation by Ecodrain
If we cancel a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.
3.3 Session Packages
For multi-session consulting packages purchased in advance:
- Unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been conducted
- After the first session has been completed, refunds for remaining unused sessions are calculated on a pro-rata basis minus a 15% administrative fee
- Package refunds are not available after 50% of purchased sessions have been completed
4. Educational Programs
4.1 Foundations Program and Habit Refinement Program
- Before program start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the program begins
- Within 7 days of program start: 50% refund if cancellation is requested before accessing program materials
- After program materials have been accessed: No refund, as digital educational content has been delivered
4.2 21-Day Awareness Challenge
- Before Day 1: Full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the challenge start date
- During Days 1–3: 75% refund if you decide the program is not suitable for your needs
- After Day 3: No refund, as substantial program content and group session access have been provided
4.3 Family Nutrition Workshop and Professional Lifestyle Module
- More than 14 days before workshop date: Full refund
- 7 to 14 days before workshop date: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before workshop date: No refund; transfer to a future workshop may be offered at our discretion
5. Digital Educational Products
Digital educational materials, guides, and downloadable resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, as the content has been delivered. If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased digital products, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.
6. How to Request a Refund

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully delivered or completed
- Digital products where content has been accessed or downloaded
- Missed sessions due to client no-show or late cancellation
- Gift certificates or promotional credits, unless required by law
- Services purchased at a discounted rate where the discount terms specify non-refundability
9. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right applies to services not yet commenced. If you request that services begin during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for the proportion of services already provided.
